SendMN x Council of Mongolians Abroad: Launching a Long-Term Partnership to Empower Global Mongolians

SendMN NBFI has officially entered into a long-term strategic partnership with the Council of Mongolians Abroad NGO to support Mongolian communities living overseas. This collaboration aims to promote access to cultural heritage, educational opportunities, and financial services globally.

As part of this initiative, SendMN has signed a memorandum of understanding with the World Dream School—an affiliate of the Council—to support the international revival and performance of the children’s musical “Seeker of Happiness,” created by talented Mongolian students selected from all 21 provinces.

Originally written in 1961 by renowned children’s author D. Sodnomdorj, Seeker of Happiness is recognized as Mongolia’s first musical for children. Through poetic storytelling and music, the play instills values of love for one’s mother, compassion, harmony, and environmental stewardship. In 2025, the piece has been reinterpreted by Associate Professor S. Tsetsegmaa and musicologist Dr. B. Bazarragchaa, bringing this timeless message to life through the voices of a new generation.

This revived production has been selected as the official opening performance of the First World Mongolians Naadam, taking place from June 27–29, 2025, in Brussels, Belgium, under the patronage of the President of Mongolia. The musical will be staged on June 28 as part of the event’s cultural showcase.

In addition, the musical will be performed on July 4, 2025, in Paris, France, under the “Nomadic Cultural Education” program endorsed by the President of Mongolia, and in celebration of the 60th anniversary of Mongolia–France diplomatic relations.
